Students are encouraged to write a fluent journalistic article (maximum 1000 words) about their Bachelor or Master dissertation. Upload the article together with the dissertation before 7 October 2013 through our online registration form on our webpages in Dutch.

Stand out

The Flemish Dissertation Award brings dissertations to the attention of newspapers, magazines and other media. Entered dissertations will also be included in the Dissertation Bank, which can help students secure their future career.

A dissertation on pedagogics, education, innovation& technology or exact sciences? Then students can compete for the "Klasse" Award, the "Eos" Award and the "Agoria" Award worth 500 euros and perhaps win all three awards.

Remember: Only students from Flemish University colleges or Flemish universities can compete for the Flemish Dissertation Award. The dissertation can be written in Dutch, English or French, but the journalistic article has to be in Dutch!
