Evaluation of the impact of the CARBOTRAF decision support system for Adaptive Traffic Management on Black Carbon co

Smarter Urban Dynamics -Air pollution reduction by intelligent traffic management
De toenemende vraag naar mobiliteit in stedelijke gebieden heeft invloed op zowel de lokale luchtkwaliteit en opwarming. Het sector vervoer is een van de belangrijkste bronnen van milieuvervuiling en verkeersopstoppingen in stedelijke gebieden. De verkeers luchtvervuiling beïnvloedt niet alleen de gezondheid, maar ook het ecosysteem door opwarming van de aarde.
Megasteden geconfronteerd met vele uitdagingen in verband met het gebruik van het stadsvervoer, zoals congestie, geluidverhindering en luchtverontreiniging deze veroorzaakt het verminderen van de kwaliteit van het stadsleven. Daarom is het belangrijk dat, Europese beleidsmakers rekening met verbetering van schoonmilieu moeten hebben.
Zwarte koolstof ( BC) is een van de belangrijkste verontreiningstoffen die effect hebben op de opwaming van de aarde.
Hoewel er veel onderzoeken naar het luchtvervuling is gedaan, maar nog de innovatieve manieren moeten ontwikkled worden om de luchtkwaliteit te
verbeteren .
In dit onderzoek de onderlinge relaties tussen verkeerstoestand en BC-uitstoot wordt onderzocht.
Op basis van gegevens van het verkeer en de luchtvervuiling sensoren opgevangen in testlocaties in twee Europese steden en het toepassen van wiskundige formule, wordt de relatie tussen het verkeer parameters zoals snelheid van de voertuigen, het aantal voertuigen en de hoeveelheid zwarte koolstof concentratie onderzocht te controleren de effecten van het verkeer parameters inzake luchtverontreiniging.
Het was duidelijk gerealiseerd uit de herziening van een aantal studies dat het verkeer parameters zoals snelheid of het aantal voertuigenen en de afstand tot de weg hebben grote invloed zijn op de uitstoot van verkeersgerelateerde polluenten en dit onderzoek dit onderwerp ook bevestigd.
In een ander deel van de studie, een aantal scenario's uitgevoerd om de effecten van verschillende verkeersomstandigheden op de hoeveelheid Carbon Black onderzoeken door computersimulatie.
Deze verkeerssituaties zijn ontworpen op een zodanige manier om wat veranderingen in het verkeer signaal plan. Met andere woorden, we wilden de effecten van het optimaliseren van de tijd dat de voertuigen moeten stoppen achter het verkeerslicht op het verminderen van verkeersgerelateerde luchtvervuiling zien.
Andere soorten verkeer scenario zijn variabel bericht signs(VMS).This type ITS-maatregelen helpt om de weg faciliteiten beter te beheren door het informeren van weggebruikers gedrag over de reis.
Dit wordt opgemerkt dat de VMS had belangrijke voordelen op lokaal niveau en de voordelen van de informatie in het voertuig aan de andere kant, waren significant "op zowel lokaal als netwerk niveaus". Dit is logisch omdat chauffeurs "met informatie in het voertuig systemen worden geïnformeerd over de verkeerssituatie op voorhand en de route naar de filevrije routes veranderen".
De resultaten van simulatiemodellen was enige Maps waarvan het verschil tussen de twee situaties te zien: met en zonder verkeer scenarios.the vraag was dat wat de uitkomst van de toepassing geoptimaliseerd stoplicht op een kruising of met behulp van variabele informatiepanelen teken zou kunnen zijn? het vergelijken van Maps bleek dat de optimalisatie van verkeerslichten op twee opeenvolgende kruispunten effectiever was dan een variabele informatiepanelen.
De resultaten toonden aan dat kleine veranderingen in het lokale verkeer niet een zeer belangrijke invloed op de luchtkwaliteit hebben. Verder onderzoek zou kunnen worden gericht op een grotere testlocatie en meer detectoren om uit te vinden wat de resultaten met betrekking tot de luchtkwaliteit zou zijn. Het zou interessant zijn om de relatie tussen de verschillende traffic parameters BC concentratie of andere verkeersgerelateerde stoffen te onderzoeken.
